Everything is within reach, but at the same time impossible to get. fix+foxy examines ‘The Global Village’ and its mental geography together with a cast from Denmark, the US, India, Nigeria and Turkey.
Our identities are no longer separated by geographies and our lives are connected by narratives created by the dream factories of film industry around the world. But even though we’ve come closer together, it feels like parts of the world are moving further apart. A cast, each of whom is ‘live’ in Copenhagen, L.A., Mumbai, Lagos and Istanbul, create the biopic of globalization together. What does it mean to live in a world, where everything seems within reach, but at the same time impossible to get?
